Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour) Day Shift

Skills & Abilities

• Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases
• Design and manage Synchronized Data Objects
• Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS)
• Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript
• Master level knowledge of SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Cloud's contact data model

Here's What You Need

Education

• Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Admin or relevant field required

Experience

• 4 years related experience required and
• 2 years' experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred and
• Experience in Health Care industry preferred

What You Will Do

Daily Operations

• Develop organization's direct marketing strategies for consumer-focused product lines and touchpoints, including - but not limited to - hospitals, employed physician practices, joint ventures, new products and services.
• Serve as a system support administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Serve as technical expert on new project initiatives and participate in application design sessions.
• Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions.

Project Delivery

• Team up with internal and external resources to understand the project timeline and operations.
• Work in Agile Team to meet changing needs and requirements, developing, executing and managing Agile stories within defined scope.
• Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all cross-functional areas within Business Services.

Marketing Strategy

• Serve as champion for the brand in deploying marketing automation approaches.
• Work with marketing strategist and/or other business owner to identify key metrics aligned with marketing automation strategies designed to drive business results.
• Meet deadlines while juggling multiple priorities and projects.
• Measure and share results of marketing automation approaches, working to ensure strong ROI and successful outcomes; monitor and report KPIs.
