About the Role
Summary
The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and completion of commercial electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
Location: St. Petersburg
Project Types: Commercial (schools, universities, retail, hospitality)
Project Values: $100,000 - $6,000,000.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project financials, including invoicing, payments, and change orders.
- Conduct regular project reviews and report on progress to management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Minimum 5 years Construction Experience
