Right now, we are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team to analyze and drive execution in all aspects of the supply chain, with a focus on materials management, to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will:
- Develop, implement, and maintain supply chain analytic tools to support purchasing, planning, master scheduling, and ERP/MRP systems.
- Support supply chain execution, ensuring horizontal and vertical integration, resource planning, material cost management, forecasting, schedule performance, risk management, supplier performance, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure supply chain commitments are met, and develop and execute integrated mitigation or opportunity plans as needed.
- Analyze and develop supply chain strategies to drive successful execution across the supply chain, and provide leadership by promoting team concepts, coaching, training, and individual development.
- Support inventory management, operations, planning, scheduling, procurement, and logistical functions, and establish measurements and analytics to maintain premier customer service.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure effective supply chain information and analytics systems are in place, and resolve concerns and improve processes as needed.
- Provide analysis and support for continuous improvements and training within the division, business units, and sites, and extend to suppliers and customers as needed.
Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field of study
- 5+ years of related work experience in a material and/or supply chain role
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Experience working in global supply chain management
- Knowledge of federal and defense contracting requirements, including ITAR and FAR/DFARS
- Working knowledge of common supply chain management processes
- Experience in supplier financial reporting/forecasting, contracting/subcontracting, and supplier/program/product scheduling

Preferred Skills and Education
- Experience working with multiple complex contracting types and agreements, including Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable, and possess knowledge relating to special payment provisions (progress of performance base payments).
- Experience with proposal process, pricing instructions, and terms and conditions
- Experience in Ship Repair industry or Department of Defense (DoD)
