Position Summary
Odyssey Systems is recruiting to fill a Principal SIGINT Systems Engineer Support - Advanced ISR position supporting the ISR Sensors Division (AFLCMC/WIN), at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. WIN is part of the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
Possess expert knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered an industry leader in SIGINT Systems Engineer Support - Advanced ISR. Must work independently and be able to apply procedures
Apply experience in ISR SIGINT technology demonstration, transition, and fielding planning/execution, intelligence ground-based systems engineering and logistics, data Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED), Measurement, Signature Intelligence (MASINT), full motion video, and fifth generation fighter platform architecture.
Apply experience in avionics modeling and simulation, embedded hardware and software design, flight test engineering, network data communications/links and systems security engineering and certification.
Assist with providing technical leadership in identifying tactical SIGINT technologies to meet Non-Traditional ISR (NTISR) requirements.
Support special projects planning and management to deliver new capabilities to the warfighter.
Apply working knowledge of DoD 5000.02 Acquisition and JCIDS processes to include Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), business case studies, and Capabilities Development Documentation (CDD).
Apply both engineering and acquisition experience developing solutions for the DoD and the intelligence community.
Support organizations including AFLCMC, HQ AFMC, NASIC, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Security Agency (NSA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and AFRL.
Apply experience with Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Electronic Warfare (EW), EW signal processing, direction finding, geo-location, and multi-ship EW.
Support DCGS locations, infrastructure, operation, and other related activities. The Contractor will support Information Security (INFOSEC) engineering practices, Communications Security (COMSEC), and certification policy.

Clearance: Top Secret
Education and Years of Experience:
Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and at least 20 years of experience in therespective technical / professional discipline being performed, 12 years of which must be in theDoD.
OR bachelor's degree in a related field and 25 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 15 years of which must be in the DoD.
OR, 30 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, 20 years of which must be in the DoD.
