We are currently looking for a Regional Maintenance Sales Manager to develop and maintain business relationships with industry operators to generate MRO sales leads. The candidate will work with the Part 145 Fly Alliance Maintenance leadership, in planning business development and executing sales with business aircraft support and modifications services. A high level of communication, organization, flexibility, professionalism, and customer service is crucial for this position. This position will travel throughout the U.S regularly, with emphasis where our base maintenance facilities are and any new target markets we are targeting around the country. This position has a non-standard work schedule due to the travel required along with customer interactions and attending industry events. The expectation is to ensure strategic growth for our MRO division of Fly Alliance while achieving the annual sales objective.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership and branch managers to prioritize sales opportunities.
- Utilize aviation databases to generate quotes, manage, and update the status of all sales opportunities to continuously evaluate progress within the client group against pipeline, revenue, and profit targets.
- Travel regularly throughout the country and visit with customers regarding short and long-term sales opportunities. Enhance and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Develop, promote, and manage new Starlink sales pipeline and opportunities.
- Analyze the MRO industry market, competition, service/product offerings and trends to develop strategies.
- Identify and analyze local market requirements by soliciting client feedback and by maintaining strong industry contacts/network.
- Direct parts requirements for clients in coordination with our in-house parts department.
- Provide consultative advice to customers regarding their upcoming maintenance events to assure that Fly Alliance is well positioned to win the maintenance job proposal.
- Prepare sales presentations and participate in pipeline reviews with Leadership and Director of Maintenance, to identify gaps and help set sales strategy.
- Lead RFQ and RFP efforts for large maintenance jobs.
- Attend industry trade shows and vendor events as necessary to maintain existing and develop new relationships.
What you'll need to bring with you:
- A High school diploma or equivalent.
- A&P License and/or a degree in Aviation Technology or an equivalent field of study (preferred).
- Brings 5+ years of experience with technical knowledge and a customer following in an aerospace environment.
- Strong technical knowledge as demonstrated by at least 5 years' experience as an aviation maintenance technician, technical representative, or outside sales manager.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and other necessary software.
- Must be able to travel regularly and maintain a clean driving record.
