About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help drive growth through sponsored and hosted events, customer marketing and advocacy, content development, and social media marketing initiatives. Reporting to the CMO, this role will work closely with our Senior Product Marketing Manager, Demand Gen Manager, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure we're building a strong brand presence, customer loyalty and growth, and generating and moving high-quality leads through the funnel. The base compensation for this role is market-competitive, in the range of $135,000-$145,000 annually, DOE.

Key Responsibilities
- Event Management: Plan, promote, and execute in-person and virtual sponsored and hosted events to generate leads, accelerate deals, and deepen engagement with our audience.
- Customer Marketing & Advocacy: Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to increase engagement, loyalty, growth, and retention.
- Social Media Marketing: Own and grow our social presence by developing our social strategy and creating and curating engaging content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Content & Blog Strategy: Develop and manage a blog calendar, write or oversee content creation, and repurpose content for multiple channels.
- Continuous Optimization: Track performance, analyze metrics, generate and socialize performance reports, and optimize your programs to improve engagement across events, customer marketing, social media, content, and other efforts.

- 6-8 years of customer and event marketing experience in a B2B SaaS startup, preferably a fintech company (familiarity with marketing to private equity and VC firms would be amazing!).
- Proven track record of developing and executing sponsored and hosted events, customer marketing and advocacy, social media and content strategies and tactics.
- Growth mindset-you strive for continuous improvement. You have a track record of up-leveling through mentorship and educational guidance.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail-you track updates clearly, stay organized, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Scrappy, self-starter mentality-you take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to innovate and optimize processes.
- Strong collaboration skills-you work well with your marketing team peers, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.
- Superior copywriting and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Hubspot, Salesforce, Canva, User Evidence (or similar), generative AI tools, and project management tools like Notion
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights.
