- Ensure compliance and adherence to all B Frank Joy, OSHA and project specific safety requirements by all crew members by embodying Safety Leadership. Positively promote the "see something, say something attitude".
- Supervision of the crews in their performance and construction of the projects in strict compliance with schedules, budgets the contract documents.
- Promote and implement better methods of production and performance in all aspects of the work. Continuously challenge the foreman to look for leaner and more efficient ways of completing the tasks assigned to them.
- Assign and coordinate foreman field and project assignments in line with the needs of the project and the division.
- Ensure optimal and efficient use of all available resources to include crew, equipment, supplies, and materials
- Establish and maintain a culture of good housekeeping, to include the projects, company vehicles and property.
- Draw from experience to manage, supervise, and produce quality work that meets or exceeds productivity goals.
- Promote and ensure that foreman adhere to a "no defects construction goal" by ensuring projects standards are understood and achieved to prevent rework.
- Work closely with Project Managers to make necessary labor and resource adjustments.
- Understand, review and communicate project schedule requirements with assigned foreman. Prepare and distribute three week look ahead schedules to ensure project goals are achieved and conflicts do not occur.
- Provide fair and consistent coaching of foremen, leading by example at all times.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through constant communications and serving as the go-to person.

- May perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE:
- Four (4) year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience
- Minimum of eight years supervisory experience in similar construction technology
- Construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groups
- A solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Technology is a huge part of the evolving construction industry. Superintendents will need to have a good sense of Microsoft based programs, access databases, Apple/ Android products and other technologies.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited, lifting materials and equipment (up to 70 pounds unassisted), standing, climbing, walking, or using hands to operate/handle tools. Weight limits up to 300 lbs.
