Your Role
The Executive Director enables primary care providers within local communities to transition from fee for service to value-based care, materially improving their risk, quality, and clinical performance. The Executive Director adapts depending on market size, scale and maturity with responsibilities ranging from new market development to operational oversight. In new/smaller markets, Executive Directors serve as the primary leader and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Primary responsibilities include:

Your Role
The Executive Director enables primary care providers within local communities to transition from fee for service to value-based care, materially improving their risk, quality, and clinical performance. The Executive Director adapts depending on market size, scale and maturity with responsibilities ranging from new market development to operational oversight. In new/smaller markets, Executive Directors serve as the primary leader and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Primary responsibilities include:
- Execute Market Strategies: Support the development and execute against the strategy for the market, inclusive of associated performance targets, resourcing plan and budget.
- Support Health Plan Implementations: support health plan implementation for new payor partners and/or lines of business.
- Market Leadership: Support the building of a high performing Market Operations team of Value Partners, Practice Specialists, and other Oasis team members to drive best in class performance on full risk contracts within your market".
- Demonstrate your ability to scale your leadership as your market grows.
- Goal Achievement: Achieve all 5P (Payor, Provider, Performance, Platform and People) goals.
- P&L Performance: Maintain P&L accountability, ensuring outperformance against business objectives
- Enterprise Partnership: Serve as voice of the market - contributing toward the product roadmap and driving prioritization. Partner with the Product, Data/ Technology and Clinical Operations teams to identify requirements for your market(s) and assist in the development of the Oasis Platform. Partner with the Clinical Operations team to implement accurate risk, quality, clinical and compliance education, training and processes. As markets mature, build the business case for expanded service offerings that enhance the quality and value of care under our contracts.
- Clinical Partnership: Partner with the Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Physician Relations Officer to drive the establishment of a market level Clinical Council and ensure sound clinical decision making and oversight. Support ongoing provider relations, education and the engagement in Oasis clinical programming.
- Compliance and Regulatory Excellence: Ensure appropriate compliance, training and filings are in place.

Requirements
About You
- A Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited school; advanced Degree preferred (Masters)
- You have 7+ years of demonstrated successful results as a P&L owner leading teams in Medicare Advantage risk transformation.
- You have deep health plan, provider, and value-based care experience to demonstrate credibility to external and internal stakeholders.
- Expert knowledge of the CMS Medicare Advantage payment (Risk Adjustment), Quality Programs (Stars/HEDIS), and Medicare regulatory environment
- You have a proven record of partnering with physician leaders to develop a value story and recruiting processes.
- You have experience ensuring a culture of compliance in a managed care environment
- Preferred location in market or proximate state (specific location is flexible) to maximize time in market with providers and team (50%+) without travel.
