Pasadena City College is seeking a HRIS Analyst (Business Analyst - Human Resources) to enhance our Human Resources operations.
(This is an on-site position based at Pasadena City College)
Compensation and Perks:
- Starting Salary: $96,413 to $106,296 annually
- Generous Total Compensation: $158,702.35, including full benefits
- Raises: 5% pay increase after a successful six-month probation

- Analyze data comprehensively to guide strategic decisions and optimize HR operations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, from an accredited college or university;
- At least four years of relevant hands-on experience, preferably within a college or other non-profit organization Information Technology or Human Resources office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree, or equivalent, from an accredited college or university;
- Experience working in a Community College within the State of California;
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools like SQL,Ellucian Insights, Evisions Argos,Cognos,Crystal Reports,Tableau,orPower BI, is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in regulatory reporting such as MIS, IPEDS, or other federal or state reporting.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting complex and confidential data, and preparing material in response to inquiries.
- Excellent analytical skills.
