Job Description:
The Business Analyst is responsible for the execution of the customer's statement-of-work. You will be responsible for managing, organizing, storing, and communicating data and due dates effectively to ensure accurate and on-time contract deliverables. You will report directly to the Program Executive and be responsible for assisting the Program Team in managing the cost, schedule, and other company program requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for creating the program financial reporting deliverables. The Business
Analyst will review variances, coordinate review meetings, and recommend earned value improvements in conjunction with EVMS Specialist. BA's are responsible for supporting Program Management and CAM's in their planning efforts through referencing the project descriptions.

Potential Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing, tracking, storing, and maintaining contract deliverables
- Execution of the link to EVMS system to deliverables as well as related Logs and Templates
- Establishment and maintenance of all Program Specific CAM toolkits
- Coaching Control Account Managers of best business/program practices, including earned value
- Output of internal and external reporting requirements and reviews, including variance reviews
- Supporting the Program Team in proposal and planning activities for ECPs, and all additional project work.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecasts, and actionable insights that support business decision-making
- Assist in the development, monitoring, and analysis of budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing variance analysis.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders at various levels, including management and executives
- Identify and recommend improvements to financial systems, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop financial models to support business decisions, investment analysis, and risk assessments
- Ensure financial practices comply with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborating with stakeholders (both business and technical teams) to gather and document business requirements
- Analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and performance
- Analyzing data to derive insights that can influence business decisions.
- Creating clear, detailed documentation (business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, etc.) for stakeholders and development teams
- Review documents for completeness of content, accuracy of structure and consistency to standards (architecture, etc.)
- Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to fix technical shortfalls and add content where needed
- Support Review meetings, including scheduling meetings, support presentation, and assist in closure of Action items
- Manage change implementation
- Develop business cases for reduction activities
- Track schedule and cost metrics
- Manage Customer point of contact by assisting with scope and work package definitions, report weekly status, conduct quality and progress reviews, solicit regular Customer Satisfaction Feedback
- Work with your Center's Technical Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to ensure projects are executed with high technical quality and technical career development is provided to your team members

Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
- Experience with business administration and project management
- 4-10+ years of career experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentations
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
