This state-of-the-art Health and Wellness Center utilizes a holistic approach to wellness through a variety of offerings for the 500+ residents of Broadmead, the 300+ employees of Broadmead and older adult members from Baltimore County and other neighboring communities.

Salary Range: RN- $38.00- $57.00 per hour, LPN- $31.40-$47.10 per hour

1. Provides safe, direct physical care of the resident.
2. Maintains a clean, safe and orderly resident environment by keeping the area clean and disposing of soiled, contaminated items.
3. Reports malfunctioning, broken, or hazardous equipment or conditions to the supervisor.
4. Observes policies and procedures as demonstrated through performance of procedure and tasks.
5. Conducts and documents a thorough assessment of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout the resident's course of treatment.
6. Assists in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan for each assigned resident.
7. Completes required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
8. Oversees care delivery by Licensed Practical Nurses and Geriatric Nursing Assistants.
9. Attends and/or participates in rehab team conferences regarding resident progress, problems and needs.
10. Acts in compliance with Broadmead regulatory and professional standards and guidelines.
11. Assesses continuing education opportunities appropriate to discipline and responsibilities in order to maintain clinical currency.
12. Adheres to facility policies and procedures and participates in facility quality improvement and safety programs.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
14. Accountable for promoting internal customer service.
