Above all else, the Director of Business Development's role is to empower a team effort with expert strategies and relationship-building skills to grow revenue to meet or exceed profit goals while achieving best-in-class customer loyalty scores.

Position Summary: The Director of Business Development is a management-level position dedicated to continuously improving overall revenue generation efficiency (sales/estimating/closing).This position is responsible for strategies, systems, and people to convert leads to predictable revenue growth. This position reports and works directly with ownership, including investors, to maximize the company's network. This role requires someone extremely entrepreneurial who energizes customers and the team while staying resilient. The Director of Business Development is more than leads; you own the strategy, systems, and people to attract, convert, and retain the best customers while growing a team effort to maximize profits.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Establishes the industry's best customer loyalty scores while maximizing profit goals.
2. Ensures all parts of the sales/estimating team appropriately work together to achieve company goals.
3. Supports and collaborates with the CEO to ensure all teams execute the organization's strategy.
4. Drives organizational efficiencies to surpass the industry's best performance metrics.
5. Collaborates with leadership and management to guarantee the best customer outcomes.
6. Performs special assignments and other duties as determined by the CEO.

Immediate Supervisor: This position reports to the CEO.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
1. Bachelor's Business Degree.
2. 7+ years of construction and management experience.
3. Understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage Construction Software, and Microsoft Project.
