The Role
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will serve as the primary general manager for Pampered Chef's P&L, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This individual will oversee the company's commercial strategy and go-to-market planning, brand and digital marketing strategy and execution, and ensure field success.
The CCO will define and execute the commercial strategy to maximize growth, revenue, and customer engagement, leveraging Pampered Chef's unique sales model and brand heritage. They will lead the development of innovative marketing initiatives, digital platforms, and field strategies that inspire the company's consultants and customers while enhancing overall business performance.
Compensation, Benefits and Logistics Expectations
Pampered Chef is headquartered in Addison, Illinois. The position will be based at headquarters with flexibility for occasional travel for Berkshire Hathaway events, incentive trips and other business meetings. The officer should be comfortable with our current hybrid schedule including Mondays and Fridays from home, and Tuesdays-Wednesdays-Thursdays at the office.
This role offers a competitive compensation package starting at $300K base + bonus and LTI potential.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with Pampered Chef's mission, vision, and business objectives.
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on brand and commercial strategies, identifying opportunities to drive revenue, market share, and consultant engagement.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and assess performance.
Brand and Digital Marketing
- Build and enhance the Pampered Chef brand, ensuring its relevance and appeal to both consultants and customers.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, e-commerce, and social media strategies to enhance customer experience and grow online revenue.
- Ensure consistency and creativity across all marketing and communication channels.
Commercial Strategy and Go-to-Market Planning
- Lead the development of go-to-market plans, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.
- Partner with product development teams to align innovations with customer needs and market trends.
- Balance long-term brand equity with near-term financial performance.
Field Strategy and Success
- Define and execute strategies that drive the success of Pampered Chef's consultant network.
- Foster a strong relationship with field leaders to ensure alignment on goals, engagement strategies, and performance.
- Develop innovative tools, incentives, and training programs that empower consultants to achieve their business goals.
