The nCino Sr Administrator will work closely with vendors, the CRM team, technology, and our business partners to oversee the entire application lifecycle of nCino in relation to both Consumer and Commercial Banking. This includes delivering new or improved features that enhance customer experience and drive operational efficiency, managing the platform, and resolving any technical issues that may come up. This role is crucial in ensuring that nCino and any related integrated products comply with risk, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.

The nCino Sr Administrator will work closely with vendors, the CRM team, technology, and our business partners to oversee the entire application lifecycle of nCino in relation to both Consumer and Commercial Banking. This includes delivering new or improved features that enhance customer experience and drive operational efficiency, managing the platform, and resolving any technical issues that may come up. This role is crucial in ensuring that nCino and any related integrated products comply with risk, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead the strategic planning, development, implementation, and support of nCino systems to support business objectives, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall technology roadmap and objectives.
- Manage and work alongside a team of nCino administrators, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of nCino initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendor, business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs and current challenges, define scope, create projects, objectives and timelines. Engineer, develop and deploy solutions based on identified requirements
- Participate in business process mapping and identification of opportunities for process improvements and platform enhancements.
- Partner with the business to refine business process and data validation rules to comply with data governance best practices.
- Assess the scope and planning for business testing and QA required by the bank for all nCino and relevant core banking or integrated upstream or downstream product releases.
- Provide consolidated roadmap of bank, vendor and regulatory driven enhancements to the nCino platform and integrated upstream and downstream systems.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 3-5 years of experience managing Salesforce and nCino lifecycle activities with focus on banking operations, and either consumer or commercial banking loan origination.
- nCino Commercial or Consumer Bank (nCino 201 and 301) certifications preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example to inspire confidence, respect, loyalty and ensure a positive team environment among staff.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale nCino initiatives, from requirements gathering and system design to implementation and ongoing support.
- Deep understanding of nCino and Salesforce concepts, processes, and best practices, with hands-on experience in Salesforce.com configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Salesforce.com certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) preferred.
- Familiarity with relational databases and related concepts; strong understanding of data structures and data modeling.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to dig into data, surface actionable insights, and demonstrate sound judgement, decision-making skills and making process improvement recommendations.
- Ability to build relationships and strong alliances across the organization is crucial.
- Ability to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com and its database to support additional business processes or functions.
- Must have the ability to quickly adapt and be a change agent.
- Strong work ethic, hands-on, with a customer service mentality.
