We are seeking a Product Manager to join our remote team who enjoys being part of an early stage company and an early stage engineering team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps, from ideation to launch.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to drive product development in an early-stage, fast-paced environment.
- Leverage data and user feedback to make decisions, iterating on features and improving products in real-time.
- Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to inform product strategy.
- Shape the long-term vision of our platform, ensuring it continues to provide value to our users and disrupt an outdated industry.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on logistics or dispatch-related products (routing operations, mapping).
- Prior experience in the waste management, transportation, or other similar industries.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and bringing products from concept to market.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle ambiguous challenges.
- Experience working with mapping or routing systems.
- Proven success in a startup or early-stage environment, where agility and adaptability are key.
