WHAT WE'RE DOING
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Manager to lead our Canadian ESM contracts and support the APR-50 Digital Production contracts. This dual role will be responsible for managing the sustainment programs of the ALQ-230 and ALQ-507 systems, as well as ensuring the successful execution of Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives on APR-50 programs.
THE WORK
As a Program Manager in this dual role, you will:
Manage and execute program plans, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure successful project delivery
Oversee and direct the performance of technical and operations teams, providing guidance and leadership to ensure program goals are met
Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring compliance with Lockheed Martin financial policies and procedures
Implement and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of program performance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams, to ensure program requirements are met
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Canadian government agencies and other external stakeholders
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience/combined education) with at least 5 years of professional experience, or a related Master's degree with at least 3 years of professional experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices
Experience with program planning, scheduling, and budgeting, with proficiency in tools such as SAP, PMCompass, and ROADs
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
