Overview:
We seek a Senior Systems Analyst with expertise in ERP systems-specifically IQMS (now DELMIAworks)-to lead the expansion of standard processes, improve practices, and address new business requirements across the organization. This individual will drive ERP implementations and improvements across manufacturing, finance, quality, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure ERP systems to support operational requirements
• Design and develop custom Crystal Reports
• Implement, support, and enhance IQMS applications
• Analyze data and produce actionable insights
• Work closely with manufacturing, finance, and supply chain teams
• Lead ERP project execution, documentation, and training
• Ensure data integrity and system security
• Maintain alignment of ERP strategy with business objectives
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and vendors for 24/7 ERP system reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks
• Strong expertise in Crystal Reports and SQL
• ERP implementation experience in multi-site manufacturing environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical projects
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing business operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in plastics manufacturing
• Experience in multi-ERP environments and company integrations
• Exposure to quality management systems and additional reporting tools
