Overview

Summary:

The Director of Strategic Growth and Systems is responsible for directing day-to-day activities of Business Development systems & Marketing, Rehab CRM, Contracting, OPT, rehab agency, and group practice operations. Represents Reliant Rehabilitation's commitment to quality & service in all interactions with the communities and clients, as well as adheres to Reliant Rehabilitation's Policies and Procedures and to all state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Implements strategic initiatives to optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive growth across all service lines.
  • Designs, implements, and maintains a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance client engagement, streamline communication, and support business development efforts. Utilizes and creates CRM tools to identify and track potential leads, manage the sales pipeline, and improve lead conversion rates for rehabilitation services.
  • Collaborates with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM insights into overall business strategies and service delivery of the organization.
  • Manages the workload and monitors the performance of the Business Development Systems and Marketing Departments.
  • Supervises and provides oversight for all parties responsible for both the new start and termination process, specific to the Business Development Systems and Marketing Department
  • Develops departmental performance content and turnaround standards.
  • OPT/Rehab Agency/Group Practice
  • Develops/implements/manages the company-wide OPT/Rehab Agency/Group Practice application process, including all State and Municipal licensure requirements.
  • Works with Legal and/or Regulatory department(s) to understand application requirements for every State and Municipality in which we do Direct Bill business and CMS requirements for OPT/GP applications.
  • Reviews application requirements, at minimum, on an annual basis.
  • Oversees completion of all required paperwork for OPT/RA/GP licensure/certification including state and municipal required documentation and licensing.
  • Ensures staff are maintaining accurate records and tracking of all application activity.
  • Acts as point person for regional personnel with questions about application status.
  • Ensures all necessary parties are notified of status of applications as changes occur.
  • Acts as a resource to staff for questions or issues.
  • Contracting
  • Directs and oversees management of Reliant Rehabilitation service agreements.
  • Ensures contract requests are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensures staff are maintaining complete and accurate contract files.
  • Ensures staff are communicating new contracts and contract changes to all necessary parties.
  • Project Management
  • Oversees the change process, e.g. Planning, scoping, budgeting analysis, best practice identification and implementation, training materials development and deliver, communications, implementation support and reporting/monitoring.
  • Ensures project planning activities are performed including al outlined Project definitions and project plans specific to the Marketing Project Management.
  • Integrates into process improvement projects as assigned.
  • Demonstrates care and compassion to ensure that all internal and external customers consistently receive the highest quality of service.
  • Must conduct self in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner at all times.
  • Must adhere to the policies, principles, and guidance within the Employee Handbook and Code of Business Conduct.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business, finance or a related field.
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years rehab/OPT experience preferred.
  • At least Five (5) years of experience in a manger role is required
  • Demonstarted proficiency in word processing spreadsheet and database management software.
  • Requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the rehabilitation landscape to ensure alignment with organizational goas and deliver high-quality care.
