Job Description
Job Title: MRI Technologist
Job Specialty: Radiology
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Guaranteed Hours:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years required
License: MRI registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Certifications:
Must-Have: Ability to work independently; Familiarity with GE MRI equipment; Confidence in magnet safety

Job Description:

- Perform routine MRI procedures such as extremities, brain, and spine with and without contrast
- Handle some abdominal studies and MRI prostates
- Transport patients to and from the MRI unit
- Maintain safety standards and practices in the MRI environment
- Work collaboratively in a team of three technologists
- Enjoy working in a smaller facility with a friendly and efficient team
- Follow dress code requirements of all-black scrubs
- Engage positively in a work environment that values teamwork and collaboration
- Utilize electronic medical records and PACS systems, including Meditech and FUJI PACS

Note: This position does not involve working with sedated patients, anesthesia cases, or performing cardiac MRI exams.
