A Day in the Life:
  • Perform data compilation and analysis at different aggregation levels, including single product families or single sites, with a limited scope.
  • Analyze demand signals, translate them into forecast inputs, and coordinate with the extended demand team for a flawless plan.
  • Contribute to the development of an accurate demand forecast and document proposed inputs to track changes.
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams on ambitious projects like new product launches, line extensions, product discontinuations, promotions, and events, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop scenario planning and determine opportunities to improve critical metrics impacting Demand Planning accuracy.
  • Work autonomously with occasional mentorship, demonstrating outstanding business decision-making skills.
  • Communicate effectively within the organization.

Keys to Success:

Education and Experience
  • BS/BA degree in a business or analytical field (operations management, engineering, sciences, finance, business administration).
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, sales operations, forecasting, or similar role required.
  • Experience with SIOP, demand planning, forecasting, and Salesforce.com CRM in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain procedures and supply management.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Oracle or other ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must have proven experience in customer relations and problem-solving customer issues.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple facilities and reporting lines.


This position does NOT offer relocation benefits.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range budgeted for this position based in California is $75,000.00 - $100,00.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $75,000.00-$112,500.00.
