Reporting to the Marketing Director, the SeniorMarketing Specialist is a vital member of the Metabolic Marketing Team, playing a key role in supporting the launch and ongoing success of brands. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and expertise in managing key marketing processes and systems. Work Model:

Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.
Responsibilities:
  • Operational & Financial Support:
    • Identify ongoing operational gaps and find ways to improve processes in addition to Managing contracts, purchase orders (POs), and invoicing processes via Oracle, iCertis, DocuSign, and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
    • Negotiating spend with vendors and optimizing budget spend.
    • Organizing and executing major team meetings and events
    • Support in training and onboarding new marketing coordinator(s)
  • Marketing Review & Compliance:
    • Serve as the team's Veeva PromoMats expert, leading promotional material tracking, MRC agenda management, and approval workflows.
    • Ensure timely re-approval of expiring materials and facilitate necessary updates with marketing teams.
    • Lead translation requests, approvals and implementation
  • Promotional Material & Inventory Management:
    • Oversee relationships with print vendors and manage promotional material inventory.
    • Act as the primary contact for Metabolic Field Teams, handling material requests, distribution, field announcements & Materials Resource Guide management
    • Lead in management of label updates and rollout based on specified timeframe
    • Lead and maintain opt-in list management
  • Marketing Execution & Support:
    • Assist in the development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives
    • Support in management and direction of marketing agency partners
    • Support daily operations of the commercial team, ensuring efficiency and coordination.
    • Support in content development and participate in trade shows and promotional events as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, event coordinator, or similar marketing/sales support role.
  • Experience collaborating with agencies and managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process adherence, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work consistently and on time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with FDA, pharmaceutical, and biotech industry regulations, including promotional and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant platforms.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adopt and utilize tools such as Zoom, OneDrive, SharePoint, Veeva PromoMats, iCertis, Oracle, SmartSheets, DocuSign, Concur, and Veeva CRM.
  • Experience working within a highly regulated commercial environment, ensuring compliance with Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges.LI-DNI


The typical annual salary range for this full-time position is listed below. This range reflects the characteristics of the job, such as required skills and qualifications and is based on the office location noted in this job posting. The range may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible for annual bonus and equity incentives. Actual individual pay is determined by demonstrated experience and internal equity alignment.

Pay Range

$114,200-$141,100 USD
