Parsons' Unconventional Access is looking for an amazingly talented, fully cleared (TS/SCI) PCB/SMT Process Engineer to join our team! This opening is positioned in some of the most sought-after work in this development and engineering community. In this role you will provide engineering support and guidance to stand up and run a dedicated PCB/SMT line to support custom hardware builds as a part of a multidisciplinary engineering team.

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Experience with PCB, SMT, and electronics assembly processes
- A minimum of eight (8) years experience as a process engineer and a Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or a related field
- Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Experience leading manufacturing, assembly, or test & evaluation teams or efforts
- Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the successful delivery of custom hardware products
- Provide technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific components of complex hardware systems
- Assess and perform risk mitigation activities
