The Treasury Manager will support the Director of Treasury Operations in all aspects of Treasury activities.

Including, but not limited to, assisting with the development of cash management banking solutions for all business segments of the company. Strong business acumen and professionalism while demonstrating a customer first attitude. Must be a self-starter, have attention to detail, possess strong prioritization and organizational skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Supports the alignment of treasury strategies with the company's product roadmap, enabling seamless integration and ensuring financial scalability
  • Spearheads Treasury Management System implementation (GTreasury or something similar)
  • Ensures compliance with internal financial policies, external regulations, and industry best practices
  • Participates in identifying inefficiencies in current treasury processes and implementing automation solutions to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort
  • Assists in the daily/ weekly cash position and forecasting processes
  • Multi-Bank Account maintenance, including analysis of bank fees and determining optimal sweep structure and hierarchy
  • Partners in the management of all merchant services programs
  • Assists in the management of payment processing applications (Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net) in support of the enterprise eCommerce platform
  • Responsible for performing user audits, granting & removing employee access to banking systems and portals
  • Assists with Treasury Dedicated Email Boxes that provides our internal customers with the necessary support
  • Researches cash/ payment issues, decision all exceptions and work with banks to ensure transactions are properly executed
  • Provides support for monthly accounting close and audits
  • Acts as one of the security administrators for all treasury-related websites
  • Performs other related duties to benefit the mission/vision of the organization


Education & Experience

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and decision-making skills
  • Successfully operates under tight deadlines and fast paced atmosphere
  • Understanding of general accounting systems, efficient global cash management operations, and general financial analysis
  • Experience with various banking portals and ERP systems (preferably in a Security Administrator role)
  • Excellent and effective communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Experience with automotive floorplan financing process (highly desirable)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Five or more years of relevant Treasury and Finance experience
  • CTP credential highly desirable
  • Knowledge of cash management products and processes is highly desirable
