The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $160000.00/yr.

Job Description
This position will lead all the on-site activities required throughout the construction process to successfully deliver a quality project safely and on time.
Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site activities throughout the construction process.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
- Oversee safety and quality control measures.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate their activities.
- Apply commercial construction means and methods effectively.
- Implement LEED certification practices.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Specific expertise in large campus development, shell construction, and data centers or mission critical facilities.
- B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software, with preference for Procore and Bluebeam.
- Previous experience leading a job-site team.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial construction means and methods.
- Application of LEED certifications.
- Thorough understanding of industry practices.
