We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in industrial processes design and project execution. The ideal candidate will have experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, schedules, and project risks, and implementing best practices in project controls. This individual should have a proven ability to drive successful project outcomes, resolve conflicts, and deliver quality results on time and within budget. They must be a natural leader with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities;
- Project/Practice Management:
- Manage the full project scope, balancing high-level objectives with detailed task management.
- Use systematic processes to organize work, set priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
- Plan, schedule, and direct work for self and others while balancing task requirements and individual capabilities.
- Implement industry best practices and metrics to improve safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
- Engage and utilize team members effectively, resolving problems and overcoming challenges.
- Internal Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, anticipating and addressing their needs.
- Understand regulations and other influences affecting business operations.
- Handle conflict constructively, maintaining positive relationships and resolving issues.
- Provide trusted advice and guidance, managing expectations and navigating challenging internal dynamics.
- Analyze project progress weekly, ensuring timely project completion and addressing potential risks.
- Project Controls Management:
- Develop and manage project scope and budget, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Lead project risk analysis, implementing mitigation strategies to support project success.
- Manage change impacts, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule control.
- Maintain financial discipline, ensuring compliance with supplier contracts and project gates.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules from design to handover, ensuring clarity in planning and forecasting.
- Monitor progress and provide insights to mitigate potential issues before they arise.
- Leadership:
- Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, responsibility, and commitment to results.
- Influence teams to consistently produce high-quality outcomes, empowering others and creating accountability.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Demonstrate initiative, self-awareness, and follow-through in all aspects of leadership.
Qualifications;
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in project design, execution, and management.
- At least 5 years of industrial processes design experience with a technical understanding across process, mechanical, electrical, controls, and civil/structural/architectural design, with expertise in one or more of these areas.
- Experience managing EPC-type projects with a demonstrated career path showing increased responsibilities.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
- Experience with specialized project management software applications.
- Certifications & Memberships:
- Membership in construction management organizations such as PMI, CII, or CMAA is desired.
- Relevant project management certifications are a plus.
