Inpatient Pulmonologist - Division of Pulmonary, Allergy & Critical Care Medicine
Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University is seeking a full-time Inpatient Pulmonologist to join the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy & Critical Care Medicine and the Jane & Leonard Korman Respiratory Institute (a collaboration between Jefferson and National Jewish Health) at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient pulmonary consultative care and ongoing management
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with hospital teams
- Teach and mentor pulmonary/critical care fellows, residents, and medical students
- Contribute to clinical research, quality improvement, and scholarly activities
- Engage in the academic mission of a leading pulmonary division with 35 active faculty
Candidate Qualifications:
- MD or DO with completion of an accredited Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship
- Board Certified/Eligible in Pulmonary Disease (Critical Care certification a plus)
- Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
- Strong interest in inpatient pulmonary medicine and academic practice
