Position Overview
Responsible for managing, coordinating, and administering KCT service teams through all practices and procedures. Supervises the development of budgets and schedules, manages performance, reports progress, and initiates action to assure program/project objectives and schedules are met and work is performed within budget and according to specifications. Resolves problems and coordinates the final turnover of work to downstream work activities. Provides leadership for the development and maintenance of a high-performance team. Has overall responsibility for scope execution, ensuring that Program is delivered within standards of quality, safety, and to Kiewit Construction Technology performance expectations.

This position will be based at 1400 Ranchers Legacy Trail, Fort Worth, TX 76126.
Responsibilities
Ensures scope and objectives are defined, best practices/lessons learned reviewed, schedules, budgets, and procedures are established.
Monitors and controls all commitments to ensure that all work is being performed in accordance with the specifications in a timely manner.
Facilitates with project team, the development, communication and implementation of the KCT service plan.
Identifies quality requirements and ensures the proper processes are identified and implemented.
Assists in the training of new personnel in key positions through both formal training courses and on-the-job training.
Promote and facilitate communication, review progress/performance, discuss issues, and facilitate problem resolution. Develops communication plan to ensure effective communications between the project team, off-project operations, Functional Management, and Senior Management.
Qualifications

4+ years repairing machine control systems
5+ years with Trimble machine control
3+ years training operators with Trimble machine control
Trimble Certifications in related fields
2+ years of customer service
4+ years utilizing survey equipment
