Construction & Real Estate Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)
Location: Indianapolis or Minneapolis
Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-level associate to join a nationally respected Am Law 100 firm with a strong and growing Construction & Real Estate Litigation practice.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex construction and real estate litigation matters across the country, including high-stakes commercial disputes, contract claims, and development-related litigation. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and a strong interest in building a long-term practice in this space.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $220,000 - $290,000, depending on experience, training, and geographic location. This range is part of a comprehensive compensation package, which includes discretionary and productivity bonuses, health and wellness benefits, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

- Licensed and in good standing in Indiana or Minnesota, or willing to seek admission
