The Construction and Project Analytics Manager position requires the candidate to be located in the St. Louis office and serve as a key liaison between the company and its clients. This role will oversee Construction and Project Analytic services, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support department supervisors in adhering to client processes and expectations.
- Mentor and develop department supervisors, fostering professional growth and skill development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure alignment with department goals.
- Oversee metrics tracking and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory, corporate, and business function procedures.
- Develop and refine function-specific policies, procedures, and implementation strategies.
- Audit deliverables for Project Management, Project Controls & Scheduling, Data Analytics, and Construction Management services to ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage employee staffing levels, utilization, and workforce planning, making recommendations for hiring or reallocations as needed.
- Identify and develop additional business opportunities with existing clients.
- Foster a positive team culture that aligns with the company's core values and promotes employee engagement.
- Travel up to 10% may be required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Industry experience in utilities, construction, or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in scheduling, monitoring, and updating project schedules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
