Position Overview:
As part of our rapid growth, Axonius Federal Systems is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join our dynamic team! In this critical role, you'll be working closely with our Federal division to develop and craft complex technical solutions while engaging with strategic clients. You'll be a key player in closing deals and adding immense value across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and expertise to ensure smooth operation and optimization of infrastructure solutions.
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and propose re-engineering solutions for better performance, scalability, and reliability.
Conduct assessments of existing infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Design and implement tailored re-engineering solutions using industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions addressing customer challenges.
Lead customer onboarding activities, including installation, configuration, and integration of infrastructure solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:
5-7 year's experience delivering technical support or consulting services in a client-facing role.
Hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles, particularly within distributed environments and familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) operations.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols; hands-on experience with technologies such as Linux, Docker, MongoDB, APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex technical solutions with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active US security clearance preferred
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Certified
Professional Cloud Architect a plus
