Job Title: Technologist
Job Specialty: Multi-Modality Radiology
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of current experience in X-Ray/CT
License: License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
Certifications: ARRT (R) (CT), ARRT CT Certification, BLS (AHA)
Must-Have:
- Current ARRT (R) (CT) certification
- ARRT CT Certification
Job Description:
- Perform CT and X-Ray imaging utilizing state-of-the-art equipment such as the GE Apex 64 slice dual energy scanner in CT, and Philips X-ray machines.
- Operate Philips platforms consistently across various systems including mobile, fluoro, and general X-ray, as well as the Carestream mobile x-ray unit.
- Maintain a high standard of care and imaging quality to provide accurate diagnostic outcomes.
- Participate in holiday rotations and weekend shifts as required.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and effective diagnostic procedures.
- Engage in ongoing education and adaptation to new imaging technologies and best practices.
- Support a patient-centric environment focusing on comfort, care, and effective communication.
