Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize production processes to improve throughput, quality, and equipment performance
- Develop and implement SOPs, best practices, and preventative maintenance strategies
- Lead system commissioning and performance testing
- Support capital projects and collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Maintenance teams
- Troubleshoot technical problems on packaging and process equipment
- Maintain material balances and ensure efficient utility requirements for equipment
- Use data and software tools to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
- Provide technical guidance and leadership in manufacturing information systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of related experience in process or packaging engineering, system development, or manufacturing
- Experience in food manufacturing is highly preferred
- Proficiency with CAD, PLM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional off-shifts or weekends
