Senior Litigation Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join a well-established personal injury trial firm based in Woodland Hills. This is a full-time, in-office role offering a supportive, team-based culture, hands-on trial opportunities, and a competitive compensation package.

This mid-sized plaintiff-side personal injury firm is known for its collaborative environment, trial-ready team structure, and high-quality legal work. Attorneys are paired with dedicated paralegals and support staff, and regularly participate in roundtable strategy discussions and case reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 30-50 personal injury matters of varying complexity and value
• Participate in and lead jury trials (minimum of 5 prior trials required)
• Work closely with your dedicated team (paralegal and support staff)
• Collaborate in case strategy and participate in firm-wide case reviews
• Deliver results while contributing to a collegial and driven office culture

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff and/or defense)
• Must have tried at least 5 jury trials to verdict
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to manage time and tasks effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Eager to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative workplace
