Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex engineering projectsfrom initiation to completion
- Define project scope, objectives, anddeliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and implement project plans,including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate withcross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and ensureadherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate risks andissues that may impact project delivery
- Provide technical guidance andsupport to project team members
- Prepare and present project statusreports to stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 6+ years of experience in projectengineering or related roles
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Technical expertise in the relevant engineering disciplineBusiness acumen - knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industry
- Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
- Strong management operating system that facilitates communication
- Ensures that departmental core competencies include continuous PE skill development.
- Understand of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers
- Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives.
