About the Role: The Global Quality Manager will provide strategic and tactical leadership to QC teams across multiple production sites to achieve overall quality goals while maintaining regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of quality management systems, risk assessment, and continuous improvement methodologies. The Global Quality Manager will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, external suppliers, and customers to drive quality excellence across the organization. This position will be located at the Gardena, CA facility and report directly to the Director of R&D.

This position will be located at the Gardena, CA facility and report directly to the Director of R&D.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Bring QMS processes and procedures to industry-standard levels across all company sites, aligned with regulations.
- Manage customer complaints and lead efforts in identifying root cause and corrective action processes.
- Provide guidance and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues/problems, perform risk assessments, and implement resolutions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and processes.
- Manage audit activities, including supporting external audits and addressing audit findings.
- Devise ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality products by working with cross-functional teams.
- Provide daily production support, including testing, adjusting, and disposition of raw materials, products, and packaging.
- Gain an understanding of the customer's needs and requirements and develop quality standards accordingly.
- Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff members, providing guidance.
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management in a global manufacturing setting.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
- Experience mentoring Quality teams with the ability to monitor goals and implement corrective action items.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a high-performance continuous improvement environment.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods.
- Must have the ability to take the leadership role in all global quality matters.
- Proficient in critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
