- Salary: $134,267-167,833 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee reporting and analytics solutions for Finance stakeholders as the Manager of Finance Business Intelligence, leveraging data analysis and visualization to deliver actionable insights while collaborating with IT to refine strategy, provide leadership, and manage projects
- Direct and evolve technology, standards, and processes in reporting, data analytics, and visualization to enhance speed, agility, and cost-effectiveness
- Remain current on emerging technical trends to ensure innovative and flexible solutions that meet business needs
- Build and manage relationships with vendors, partners, and technology providers to enhance service delivery
- Communicate solutions effectively with non-technical leaders and stakeholders to ensure buy-in
- Implement data governance and quality assurance practices within Snowflake to maintain data accuracy, security, and compliance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization while executing complex data analysis and creating sophisticated data models
- Travel up to 15%

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline with 5 to 7 plus years related experience in reporting and analytics development, architecture and solution designs and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience in reporting and analytics development, architecture and solution designs and 3 plus years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree
- 3 plus years of experience leading large onshore/offshore teams in SCRUM/Agile and over three years of Power BI experience, including dataset creation and DAX utilization
- Strong understanding of reporting, analytics, and data science tools beyond ETL, with experience in SAP FICO, SAP Sales and Distribution, and integration best practices
- Possess knowledge of ETL and reporting tools, along with strong skills in Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI, including dataset creation and DAX utilization
