We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to lead our data-driven marketing strategies and drive business growth. This role will be responsible for leveraging advanced machine learning techniques and data analytics to optimize marketing performance, customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and contextual marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and data engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and business performance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a data-driven marketing analytics and machine learning strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Machine Learning Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for customer segmentation, lead scoring, churn prediction, recommendation systems, and marketing attribution.
  • Marketing Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize marketing campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer journey insights.
  • Customer Insights & Segmentation: Apply advanced analytics to enhance customer segmentation, contextualization, and targeting strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions and provide actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and engineering teams to integrate analytics solutions into business processes.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Emerging Trends & Innovation: Stay abreast of advancements in AI, machine learning, and marketing analytics to drive innovation.


Education and Work Experience:
  • 10+ years professional experience including relevant experience in applying insights-driven strategic analytics to complex business problems, developing high-impact management and operational reporting, and ensuring robust underlying data infrastructure in high volume transactional data environment.
  • Experience managing highly skilled and effective direct reports team.
  • Relevant experience preferred in one or more of the following (or related) categories: telecommunications, consumer electronics, banking, economics. Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative concentration (Finance, Engineering, Economics, Statistics); Masters Preferred.

Base Pay Range: $170,100 - $230,100

Corporate Bonus Target: 25%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
