In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow Questbank's brand awareness and customer acquisition and retention, aligned with QFG's mission, vision, and values.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer to align marketing strategies with the Questbank's overall business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Strategically position Questbank's brand to align with QFG's master brand to ensure consistent brand voice and communication across all platforms
  • Ensure Questbank's value proposition and messaging differentiates the product/service in the marketplace, to resonate with the target customers, and support QFG's broader vision and objectives.
  • Oversee Questbank's digital marketing strategies, ensuring that Questbank's online presence is optimized for engagement, conversion, and client retention.
  • Monitor key marketing performance metrics, optimizing strategies to improve return on investment (ROI) and ensure alignment with business growth objectives.
  • Drive client experience initiatives across all channels, ensuring that interactions are seamless, client-focused, and aligned with QFG's service standards.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage third party distribution networks (broker, advisors, etc.) events, communication portals and promotional inventory.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements, collaborating with the Compliance and Risk Management teams to mitigate any potential risks.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous innovation and collaboration encouraging experimentation and creativity to drive growth and market differentiation.
  • Manage Questbank's budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to optimize ROI and maximize campaign impact.
  • Stay informed about emerging marketing technologies and trends, incorporating innovative solutions into marketing strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using data-driven insights, continuously refining strategies based on results and customer feedback.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate with the cross-functional marketing team, journey and mission teams, and the technology group to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and well-integrated across all channels.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to direct reports, promoting their growth and development.

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Have experience and knowledge of the broker and/or retail financial services in banking and mortgage industries.
  • Have 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful B2C and B2B2C marketing strategies that have significantly contributed to business growth.
  • Have a proven ability to set annual and quarterly plans and prioritize team projects and workload.
  • Have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Have exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Are proficient in analyzing data to derive actionable insights, leveraging data to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate the impact of marketing initiatives on business outcomes.
  • Have a deep expertise in multi channel marketing, lead generation, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Have a solid understanding of the intricacies of the digital landscape and ability to seamlessly integrate various marketing channels to create cohesive, effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences
  • Have experience leading cross-functional agile teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate marketing strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Have exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring and managing high-performing teams and building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Have a passion for innovation and a willingness to embrace new marketing approaches.
