Contract Term: 04/28/2025 - 08/31/2025
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Excludes State Holidays
DBA Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator 3 (DBA) to support our team with application analysis, data processing, and database administration tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of DB2 in both LUW and z/OS environments, as well as experience working on Unix/Linux platforms. You'll play a key role in resolving data issues, editing or enhancing existing applications, and potentially developing new data solutions to ensure agency services remain functional and efficient.
This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of onsite presence and remote work.

- Provide technical support for applications, including data analysis, processing, and correction
- Maintain and enhance existing applications or develop new database solutions as needed
- Create and update support documentation to define application processes and software behavior
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Operate in a hybrid work environment with both telework and onsite responsibilities
Candidate Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Required Experience:
- 8 years - DB2 Database Experience
- 3 years - AIX/Unix/Linux Platform Experience
- 3 years - Shell Programming/Scripting Experience
Preferred Experience:
- 5 years - DB2 Z/OS
