Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Data Architect / Digital CRM Architect to lead end-to-end CRM transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integration, and digital customer engagement. This role requires a blend of strong technical proficiency, business acumen, and leadership to drive data strategy, solution design, and CRM innovation for enterprise-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce data architecture aligned with enterprise digital strategy.
- Define data governance models, metadata management, and ensure compliance with data quality and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Lead Salesforce CRM solution architecture with integrations to enterprise systems (ERP, Marketing, Service, eCommerce).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical solutions, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Guide data migration strategies and legacy system modernization using ETL tools and Salesforce Data Loader.
- Define and maintain data models, including Account, Contact, Opportunity, Lead, Case, and custom objects.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 8-10 years in Salesforce CRM architecture.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, SOQL/SOSL, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools, data lakes, and cloud integration technologies.
- Expertise in Salesforce Security & Sharing Rules, Data Masking, Role Hierarchy, and Org Strategy.
- Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Digital CRM Platforms, Omnichannel strategies, and Customer 360 initiatives.
