Clemens Food Group is seeking a Director of Business Management, Foodservice to drive profitability, optimize sales processes, and enhance the customer experience. This leadership role will focus on pricing and margin management, strategic sales planning, process improvement, and team development. Reporting directly to the Foodservice Sales VP, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop business strategies, and ensure operational excellence. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to optimize our foodservice operations. This is an onsite role in our Hatfield, PA location.

What You'll Do
- Optimize pricing and profitability, managing margin strategies and pricing approvals to maximize revenue.
- Lead and develop a team of Business Managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance expectations.
- Drive operational improvements, streamlining forecasting, business planning, and sales execution.
- Leverage data and insights, working closely with sales teams to refine strategies and improve customer experience.
