- Provide therapy services utilizing a therapy gym and document using the Meditech system.
- Maintain patient ratios of 4-5 to 1.
- Adhere to a 12-hour shift schedule for nursing, including working every other weekend.
- Be prepared to float according to hospital policy.
- Enhance patient experience using AIDET, communication on whiteboards, and hourly rounding.
- Follow the hospital's navy blue dress code.
- Procedures on the unit may occasionally require minor interventions.
- Contribute to a team of dedicated staff with a variety of tenure and experience.
