Schedule:
- Training Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM for 8-12 weeks
- Regular Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM

What You'll Do:
- Lead by Example: As a Clinical Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinical service team. You'll set the tone for the department by modeling a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ensure Exceptional Client Service: You'll work closely with clients to ensure that they have a positive experience at our hospital. You'll answer their questions, address their concerns, and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
- Manage and Develop Staff: You'll be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating clinical staff. You'll also provide ongoing coaching and development to help your team members reach their full potential.
- Optimize Workflow and Efficiency: You'll continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency of the clinical service team. You'll identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and ensure that the team is always operating at peak performance.
- Maintain a Safe and Positive Work Environment: You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and positive work environment for both staff and patients. You'll enforce safety protocols, address any workplace conflicts, and promote a culture of respect and collaboration.
Education and Experience
- Previous experience in a veterinary leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Candidates with an Associate's degree or a high school diploma, along with at least four years of relevant veterinary experience showing growth in responsibility and skills will also be considered.
- Active California Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license preferred.
