Description:
The Senior Manager of Infrastructure & Enterprise Applications helps us care for our guests and our teams by leading the strategic direction, management, and support of our enterprise IT infrastructure and business-critical applications. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of IT systems while driving modernization and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to optimizing IT operations. Support and maintenance of IT services and applications are key functions of this role.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure, including cloud and hybrid environments.
- Enterprise Applications: Lead the administration, optimization, and support of core business applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, collaboration tools, etc.).
- SSO & Identity Management: Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and identity management systems to enhance security and user experience.
- Strategic IT Planning: Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring future scalability and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure IT systems adhere to cybersecurity best practices, compliance requirements, and data governance policies.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key business units and external vendors to drive performance, manage contracts, and negotiate service agreements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Incident & Change Management: Establish and enforce ITIL-based processes to enhance system reliability, minimize downtime, and ensure seamless change implementation.
- Budget & Cost Management: Oversee IT budgets, optimize costs, and drive cost-effective technology investments.

Working Conditions / Essential Functions
- Must be able to sit or stand for an extended period
- Must be able to read, understand, and communicate, verbally and in writing, in English
- Must be able to work in an office environment that may occasionally be crowded during peak periods
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise applications management, with at least 3 years in a manager level or above role.
- Experience in cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP), networking, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and ITSM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including SSO and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Track record of adaptability in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Must be based in the Greater Boston, DC/MD/VA, or Tristate (CT/NY/NJ) area, with a strong preference for the Greater Boston area.
- Ability to travel 5% -/+.
Preferred Skills
- ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
