We're seeking future team member for our Senior Associate, Credit Advisory Underwriting role located in Pittsburgh, PA. Hybrid work available.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Analyze Investment Credit Line underwriting requests. Ensuring compliance with Risk Policy guidelines, identifying and mitigating risks, prepares and submits larger, more complex credit write-ups for approval.
  • Evaluates general credit worthiness of borrowers by analyzing personal and corporate financial statements and balance sheets, credit reports, asset statements. Supports managers in gathering and providing data during audits.
  • Prepare loan write-ups for approval that address borrowers' strengths and weaknesses. Write-ups may include credit memos, corporate excel spreadsheets, and other relevant information. Make well-supported credit recommendations. Distributes work to support level staff and ensures high quality of work.
  • Interact closely with sales staff in discussing loan structure and credit worthiness of prospective applicants.
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance protocols regarding documentation content and storage. Distributes work amongst the support staff and seeks to improve processes and controls.
  • Manages relationships with internal clients as well as 3rd party vendors to ensure support of document custody goals.
  • Ensures that that controls are in place for review of documents submitted by internal and external clients and that storage systems (collateral and documentation) are up to date.
  • May be responsible for allocating and checking work of other team members. May be responsible for specific supervisory review and approval actions.
  • Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, quick turnarounds
