CFO for Residential Services - Lewisville, TX

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven CFO - RTC to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this leadership role will be responsible for the oversight of all financial operations and reporting activities within the Residential Division. The CFO - RTC will also play a key role in due diligence efforts related to new acquisitions.

This is a high-impact position that partners closely with senior leadership across the division to ensure financial strategies and systems effectively support business and programmatic goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all financial functions for the Residential Division, excluding financial consolidation and accounts payable. Responsibilities include acquisition integration, financial and KPI reporting, collections oversight, contracting, operational finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis.
  • Assist in the resolution of complex financial issues.
  • Analyze monthly financial statements and investigate variances or anomalies.
  • Review and provide explanations for monthly financial performance reports.
  • Oversee and monitor accounts receivable, cash application processes, and related reporting.
  • Support the integration of acquisitions into existing accounting systems and workflows.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to financial inquiries from clinic operations.
  • Ensure compliance with government contracts and grants.
  • Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and detailed desktop instructions for the business unit.
  • Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Adhere to all BayMark policies, procedures, compliance guidelines, and the Code of Ethics.
  • Lead or support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Train operational directors on financial policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition.
  • Monitor preliminary profit and loss (P&L) reports.
  • Review true-ups and final net working capital estimates post-acquisition.
  • Cross-train with team members to maintain continuity during absences.
  • Remain composed under pressure and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to follow instructions and make sound decisions.
  • Effectively handle high-pressure situations and engage professionally with colleagues.
  • Maintain regular, on-site presence during business hours, with flexibility for remote work during company emergencies, in accordance with policy.
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Travel as required.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • Minimum of 8 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
  • Experience in accounting for residential treatment centers is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and GAAP compliance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Skilled in financial data analysis and reporting with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and exercise sound judgment.
  • Initiative to proactively address issues, adapt to changes, and solve problems.
  • Adherence to professional standards and practices.
  • Positive references from past employers and/or professional peers.
  • Ability to pass a satisfactory criminal background check and drug screening.
