Position Summary:
The Regional Director, Service Sales is responsible for developing business and supporting internal sales resources within our Fire and Life-Safety Service Sales. Provide leadership and expertise to District/National level management and sales resources, assist with the development of strategic business growth plans, and implement best practices.

Position Summary:
The Regional Director, Service Sales is responsible for developing business and supporting internal sales resources within our Fire and Life-Safety Service Sales. Provide leadership and expertise to District/National level management and sales resources, assist with the development of strategic business growth plans, and implement best practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales leadership and districts to achieve business objectives with a customer-centric and collaborative approach.
- Grow the RMR (Reoccurring Revenue) or RIF base to meet and exceed our company sales and revenue budgets.
- Evaluate and prioritize which clients within the assigned vertical market are essential to Everon's growth
- Develop strategic account plans for this vertical market and targeted geographic territories
- Responsible for business development initiatives and sales opportunity support/guidance.
- Drive the CSR's (Contract Sales Reps) growth and productivity initiatives for the company.
- Work collaboratively with the Regional Service Directors to ensure alignment and collaboration between service sales and service operations.
- Provide local service sales and ops teams with the requisite tools and resources to grow their business.
- Partner with the Regional Sales Directors to coordinate and administer sales trainings to the local field sales teams
- Provide expertise and consultation to sales leaders and teams in the region to drive growth opportunities including uncovering, qualifying and pursuing new large service sales opportunities/contracts.
- Provide coaching, development and mentoring to the local commercial sales team(s).
- Partner with Vertical Market team(s) to help develop service business through SLED, Healthcare, Property Management, etc.
- Provide technical and sales support for responding to RFPs, RFQs, IDIQs, etc.
- Will have future direct supervisory responsibility for teams of Contract Sales Reps in assigned Region(s).
- Participate in the hiring, developing, and training our CSRs (Contract Sales Reps).
- Travel as needed to work with District level management and sales teams to ensure productivity and success.
- Establish business direction and execute strategy development and implementation.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar business development leadership role(s).
- Assess, coach, develop talent and manage multi-disciplinary organizations.
- Establish business direction and execute strategy development and implementation.
- Lead a significant business unit of similar size; scope, design, and implement business solutions to build/grow a market.
- Influence business decisions in a highly matrixed organization.
- Exceed predetermined revenue share and customer obsession objectives.
- Must have exceptional business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the industry and the market to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.
- Must possess excellent composure, high level presentation skills, and fluency in building relationships.
