Pay Range: $38.07 - $63.96 per hour

Are you passionate about bridging the gap between clinical practice and healthcare technology? Join our dynamic team as an IS Nursing Liaison and play a vital role in empowering nurses and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care through the optimal use of Epic and other digital tools.

In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team-including Epic Analysts, Instructional Designers, and physician leaders-to ensure our systems meet the evolving needs of frontline healthcare professionals.Your work will make a direct impact on patient outcomes and staff satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Support nurses and other clinical staff in their use of information technology
  • Review and respond to Service Desk tickets and calls from end users outside of Tier 1 and Tier 2 calls
  • Assist application and training teams with Service Desk ticket resolution
  • Collaborate with Epic Analysts and Instructional Designers to ensure materials and workflows are up-to-date and accurate
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for nursing support calls
  • Provide support for nursing during onboarding, optimization sessions, and rounding in clinical areas
  • Participate in the support of new implementations
  • Complete other duties as assigned


Required Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Epic Certification(s) and continued maintenance of said certification(s)
  • Minimum of five years of Epic experience in training and/ or support roles
  • Proficiency with technology and commonly used programs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills


Preferred Job Qualifications

  • Familiarity with adult learning theories
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Certifications in ClinDoc, ASAP, and/or Ambulatory
