Position: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85012
Pay Rate: $45/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the leadership team in managing daily nursing operations. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with strong leadership skills, regulatory knowledge, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing nursing operations, staffing, and departmental budgets
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff to ensure quality care
• Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel performance
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient outcomes and workflow
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts
• Address patient care concerns and work closely with physicians
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Prior experience in nursing leadership or management roles
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
