Job Description:
Our CRNAs are responsible for providing safe, high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric patients undergoing dental procedures. This includes conducting pre-anesthesia assessments, developing anesthesia plans, administering anesthetics, monitoring patients throughout the procedure, and overseeing their recovery until transfer to post-anesthesia care.
CRNAs work closely with the dental surgeon, nursing staff, and surgical team to ensure optimal outcomes and patient safety.
Surgeries include dental rehabilitation, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, X-rays for pediatric and special needs patients.
3-6 ORs daily
10-20+ patients daily
CRNA provides case management and MDA supervision
Certification requirements:
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS
NC state CRNA license
